It is Joshua Peterson with Peterson Electric. Here in Littleton, Colorado. We got called out here on a little carriage house that we need to come take a look at. They said there was no grounding. We will walk over here together real quick. You can see where all the wires come in here & the rest of the grounding of the outlets come into here into this unit. Here is the issue. My device plug in shows that there is one orange & you should have two. The reason why this house has to be grounded is because right here you are going to need a ground to connect from here to here to there, so we are going in there & creating more grounds. That way when it is all said & done. It is going to look a little bit more like this outlet right here with the proper grounding on the side of that yoke right there. Then when it is all said & done your plug tester should read two orange lights like that. Grounding is pretty important if your house can do it. Reason being is because of the fact that we want to make sure that this carriage house, if they are using it as an office that all the computers have its central grounding. Thanks for joining us!
