We are out here in Louisville, CO. We here to show you an inspection list by a home inspector that needed to be fixed and repaired for the people who are trying to buy the house. It basically had an issue with the panel. This is a GE panel, we took the screws off the panel. It doesn’t hold up to well. They will go right back on. We took off the dead front. I wear some expensive cow hide gloves. Basically in this panel right here is our main disconnect. This is a really nice panel. It is a ful 42 space circuit. The issue is that they have some wires doubled up on the breaker.
