Hi, this Joshua Peterson with Peterson Electric. We are out here in Lafayette, Colorado with a customer that had an inspection correction report for us to look over for electrical. It was on reverse polarity. In this home, we had some wires that were swopped. Right now, we are showing 2 orange lights and what we had was a red orange, which means we had a reverse. We thought that by going in and swopping the wires that it would correct it, but it didn’t do it. As soon as we did that, it starting tripping the circuit. We found out that we had a switched outlet over here, so now we can switch the fan and outlet off at the same time and keep a half power here. It is called a half hot outlet. Thanks for joining us!
