Hi, this is Joshua Peterson with Peterson Electric here in Johnstown, Colorado near Center. Had a customer call us out on 2 issues. One was GFCIs not working. The house is only 7 years old. We had our island that was out. Our tester showed that we had an open neutral. We found a broken wire in the outlet starting to break. It only got us about 80 volts and that broke off. Second issue we had was can lighting. We kept having it trip between the 3-ways and inside the can, we found a thermo fuse out of its plastic insulation and grounding to the can. It blew the circuit.
