This is Joshua Peterson with Peterson Electric. We are here to show you the second part of this video. We got these junctions lowered below the drywall, so as you can see right here & right here we lowered it, so it is flush with the drywall, so they can go ahead & patch there & paint the covers white to make it match. Then over here, we had the same thing that was going on. We had a couple of splices up here above drywall. Again, they are going to have to patch this because the safer bet is to have that exposed. In here as well, there was a bunch of open splices in the furnace room. You typically always see that. We added some junction boxes right here to get all that cleaned up. We do those odd end jobs to get things cleaned up. Most of the time when you go to sell your house, the inspector will catch things like that. It is pretty common to the naked eye. If you see that stuff & going to sell your house, sometimes it is better to get that preventive done before they come out. Thanks for joining us! See you next week!
