It is a compliant that their lights are flickering Here is a great example, I can show you guys by pulling off this disconnect cover. You can see this right here. It is a huge example of how this wire has turned green and has started to melt. This shows an out of balance phase and as well the breaker is starting to fail and over heating. This is a great example of why the lights are flickering or the dryer is not working.
