Joshua Peterson with Peterson Electric. We are here in Wheat Ridge, CO. A property manager called us out for a swamp cooler that had no power to it. What we found was the circuit tied in the kitchen some how. We actually found a loose wire, retightened it. We gave them an estimate on how to fix that properly dedicated the circuit. The other issue pump went out right here. We had replace that. Inside here is a motor that is a 2 speed. It is a motor with a belt. We do stuff like this all the time for property managements. We come in here change the motor, change the pump, as well as tightened the belt. We do small jobs like this and take care of our customers.
