Hi, this is Joshua Peterson with Peterson Electric. We are here in Evergreen, Colorado helping out a customer with a warranty issue. The issue was the wall oven was freaking out, turning on and off. This is a single wall oven with a microwave and a convection. The appliance came out because there was a board was shot and rightfully shot. What ended up happening was after he fixed the board, it was still flickering. The reason being is they didn’t put in lugs that are rated for aluminum and copper. They actually put in a wire nut that was designed for direct barrel for outside lighting for soil. The reason it was arching was because of the dissimilar metal. The other reason it was shorting was wire nuts do not fit well. They will pop off in time. Now, when you have a wall oven, you have 2 guys try to pull it, try to put something to set it on for us we used a rubber tub. It worked pretty well with a couple of lids on top. Thanks for joining us! Have a great week!
