Hi, my name is Robert. I live in Windsor, Colorado. I own a business as well, Smart Carpet out of Windsor. Today, I want to tell you about my experience with a vendor that I had some personal needs at my house. Joshua with Peterson Electric. We had a problem with a hot tub. The breaker kept flipping and would not reset after a while. Had the hot tub people over on 2 occasions, it didn’t correct the problem. Josh diagnosed it very quickly and it was taken care of and he explained it, so I understood why there was a continuing problem and why there won’t be. Also, but minor but very important in our house, we had to take note of any light bulb on a chandelier about 6 on this chandelier. That was not lighting up and we tried everything. Joshua took care of that, so we don’t have to any longer bugging us. We really appreciate it! We highly recommend his company and his service. You have had us out last year or the year before. We had some other minor electric stuff we were fixing up to. You did! You are going to stretch my memory. All I know is there is no reoccurring problem from other service with Josh’s company. You are heading out to our places next week to clean out carpets. Get you guys going and let everyone how great it is. We are know to solve problems. I understand that you are having reoccurring problems, so we look forward to that. We keep getting those stairs resurfacing. We look forward to seeing the magic and get that all going away.
