Joshua Peterson. This is John Hess in Highlands Ranch. Joshua was out twice trying to solve problems for us. About 6 months ago, we had problems with lights in the basement, he walked me through how to change the paddle switches back and forth. That held for about 4 or 5 months and it started again last week. Luckily, he discovered in the meter box a charred cable, so he fixed that, but the lights in the basement would still not work. He came out today and within 5 minutes had that problem resolved. We are very, very pleased. We are new in the area, 3 years or so, and it is hard to find technicians usually. We are very, very pleased with Joshua and his work. What we also found was a feeder issue that the panel was about to burn out the lugs. We were able to get Xcel out here to find us a lug. Joshua did all the phone calling for Xcel. They were very busy that day, but he kept at it without bugging them or harassing them. They came later that night. They were able to complete that job. Today, he took care of the neutral wires in the breaker box. It solved the problem in the basement for good for sure. Thanks, John for having us. Would you hire us again? Absolutely, in a minute.
