Hi, my name is Craig speaker for Peterson Electric. We had an issue with our this week with our condo unit. We are landlords and have tenants in here. Pretty serious deal with no power for our tenants. Joshua was great to work with. He came out very late at night for us. He was booked through the week, but made time for us to get this problem solved. He was very thorough in his time explaining all the issues. He got everything ready for us very quick. We are grateful for the service. We will definitely use him again in the future. So we had to come out here two times. Can you explain why? Again tenants in this condo had no power or partial power. When Joshua came out, he was able to diagnose what was going on with our main breaker in the condo complex building here. We were hoping that the breaker that was existing would be able to last a little bit longer. Joshua gave us the heads up that it may not last long. It did in fact fail due to poor issue with the building set up the main breaker. Joshua was able to come out the next day for us and we have a new transformer down there. Everything is running right. He tested everything again to make sure it was pulling the right power and everything is even. Very surprised, we thought this was going to take days because of the scale of the problem, but it got taken care in about 48 hours. Then the lock, I told you to lock that out because we have had some kids down there. It is a part of a series of breakers that are apart of the this complex that were exposed. Joshua recommended that we put a lock on it and it is going to be a solution for us. We are going to fix that in the future. Thanks man! I appreciate the business! Hopefully, you will hire us again?
